Our twin rooms are very comfortable and spacious and offer a great opportunity to make lifelong friends. We have ensuite and standard twin rooms available.

Twin Ensuite Rooms

Wheelchair Accessible Room (Twin Ensuite)

We have a wheelchair accessible room on our ground floor, which is also a twin ensuite.

When offered to a student with mobility / physical impairments, this room will be priced at the lowest room rate available in our portfolio. If offered to students without any disability, this room will be charged at the same rates as a twin en-suite.
Triple Rooms
Room Description
Our triple rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Sharing with two other people will give you a real sense of community and friends for life.

Price: £219 per week
We have a great selection of room types to suit all needs and budgets. Our wide range of rooms – from en-suites to triple shared rooms – have all the space you need for studying and relaxing. We also have a wheelchair accessible room on our ground floor.
The prices (shown in each room type above) are for the current academic year. Prices are per person per week for residents staying at least one academic term and are based on continuous occupancy for at least one full term. Our prices include all utilities and meals (half-board during the week, full-board at weekends).
If you pay your fees for the full academic year in advance, you will be eligible for a £50.00 discount.
All fees payments must be made in advance. If you would like to pay in instalments, please pay according to the following schedule:
- Fees for the first 16 weeks are due before the start of the academic year on 14 September 2024
- Fees for the next 8 weeks are due before 4 January 2025
- Fees for the final 15 weeks are due before 1 March 2025

Students with a student loan or scholarship should contact the Accommodation Office to discuss payment options.
Application procedure
To become a resident at Lee Abbey London, you will need to apply online. We will then send you an email letting you know when offers will start. Please note that, as Lee Abbey is an independent residence for international students, we take many factors into account when considering your application.
Room Deposit
If you are offered a place, we will ask you for a deposit equivalent to four weeks’ room rental. This is held separately from the fees and will be returned after you leave.
Fees
We require fees to be paid in advance on or before the start of each term. If you need any special arrangements regarding your payment (such as loan disbursement, grants or scholarships), please make an appointment to see us or send an email to the Accommodation Office so we can discuss things with you. We accept bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard, travellers’ cheques, or a personal cheque.
