We host a free coffee bar every Monday to Saturday evening in our Café. An informal space in one of our main communal areas to relax and socialise.

We provide a mail receivership service but we do not send mail on residents’ behalf.
Some of the world’s best music colleges like the Royal College of Music are within walking distance so we provide rooms where residents can practise.

There is wi-fi throughout the building offered at no extra cost. Cabled broadband in bedrooms has a base speed of 30MB per student.
We take security seriously. Our reception is open until 4.00 pm and there is always a staff member on call 24/7 in case of emergency. We have CCTV in operation and several members of staff live in.
