I am married to my beautiful wife, Beverley, and we have four grown-up children, Gary, Mat, Emily & Mary, and a crazy little dog called Alfie.
I come from Kent, England, but have been living in California, USA for the past ten years. I enjoy watching sports, particularly visiting the Valley to watch Charlton Athletic, and follow Moto GP & the NFL, and I love classic cars (especially Italian ones).
I am married to Peter, and we have four wonderful children and one granddaughter. I have a heart for the lost and broken, and my passion is family. I love to encourage and support people well, inspiring them to be fully themselves, identifying and flowing in the gifts the Lord has given to them.
I joined the community in 1998 and I met my wife, Monika, here. I’m from South Africa. I love meeting people from around the world and seeing them grow in their faith through being part of this community.
I like to ensure that our facilities are well looked after and am constantly looking for ways to improve the living spaces. I love anything to do with the outdoors, I especially enjoy a good bonfire.
I’m a transplant to the UK from the US, via the Netherlands and Israel. I enjoy jazz, Ethiopian coffee, London markets and curried goat with rice and peas.
I am a Chartered Management Accountant and joined in May 2017. I love sport and contemporary worship and usually play guitar or bass. I am married to Jenny and we live in Kent where we enjoy the outdoor life with our 2 dogs.
I love reaching people for Christ through music ministry. I’ve always enjoyed fixing things since I was a kid and loved travelling and meeting people from all round the world. I’m also a hardcore Marvel fan so stop me for a chat about that anytime.
I’m a lover of all things cosy, so you’re likely to find me curled up with my pup Alfie under a blanket watching anything Disney. I’m a huge Marvel nerd (Captain America is my fave, btw). I’m a feminist, and believe with all my heart that the world is a better place when everyone is treated fairly.
I am a Londoner with a background in teaching, social housing and care management. I love sharing my skills and helping other people excel to be the best they can be.
There is a long list of things I love and things I am passionate about; some include chocolate, the arts, culture, education, and food in general (one of my favourite parts of the day are meal times). I dream of empowering people to be all they have been made to be and count an honour to be part of the Lee Abbey London team where I get to see this a reality!
I’m a ‘people person’ so it’s a joy and a delight to work at Lee Abbey and meet people from all over the world. I love travelling, history, and long walks in the countryside.
David and I have been married for 40 years and joined the team in September 2018. I spent 29 years volunteering and working in primary & secondary schools as a teaching assistant, until last year when we took a gap year to travel the world. Being here at Lee Abbey London, I’m still meeting the world.
No matter how new or old something is, there comes a time when it needs fixing and I have always enjoyed fixing things. Also, I always find it interesting meeting people, as everyone has a story especially when they have allowed God to work in their lives. So it is a pleasure to live and work here with my wife Catherine at Lee Abbey London.
As a charity, the work of Lee Abbey London is supported and led by our trustees, who are:
Professor Sandy Pepper
Miss Emma Holland
Ms Fiona Nouri
Ms Lynda Taylor
Revd Canon Yemi Ladipo
