Coffee Bar
We host a free coffee bar every Monday to Saturday evening in our Café. An informal space in one of our main communal areas to relax and socialise.
Catering
We provide all our residents with breakfast and dinner during the week and three meals at weekends. There is also a house kitchen open 24/7 where you can prepare your own meals.
Cleaning Service
Public bathrooms and communal areas are cleaned daily.
Communal study room
A place where residents can study together and collaborate.
Dining Room
A large space capable of seating 120 people. We also use it for formal dinners and other social events.
Games Room
Complete with table tennis, table football and pool – a great space to socialise.
Private Garden
One of our unique features is a large private garden to which all residents have full access. We also use it for social events.
Information Hub
London is an amazing city and we have a great info hub to help you explore all it has to offer.
Laundry
We provide self-service laundry facilities so residents can keep their clothes clean and fresh.
Mail service
We provide a mail receivership service but we do not send mail on residents’ behalf.
Music Practice Studios
Some of the world’s best music colleges like the Royal College of Music are within walking distance so we provide rooms where residents can practise.

Free Wifi
There is wi-fi throughout the building offered at no extra cost. Cabled broadband in bedrooms has a base speed of 30MB per student.
Security
We take security seriously. Our reception is open until 4.00 pm and there is always a staff member on call 24/7 in case of emergency. We have CCTV in operation and several members of staff live in.
