Governance
Lee Abbey London (incorporated as Lee Abbey International Students Club), is a company
limited by guarantee (company registration number 00764727) and a registered charity (charity
number 232667). It is part of the Lee Abbey Movement.
The charity is governed by a board of trustees who are also directors of the company. A number
of the trustees are also members of the council of the Lee Abbey Movement.
The chair of trustees and of the board of directors is Professor Alexander (“Sandy”) Pepper who
can be reached by email on a.a.pepper@leeabbeylondon.com.
