12 May Reception Team Leader
Lee Abbey London is looking for a Reception Team Leader to head up our Front of House team, helping to provide God’s welcome to our guests and international students.
The Reception Team Leader will oversee the front-of-house provision of services to residents, guests and visitors, as well as leading and directing the work of the Reception Team which carries out this work. You will receive support and guidance from Accommodation Manager who will be your line manager for all Reception matters.
This post is at the Team Leader level. You will manage and prepare the team’s weekly work rota as well as authorise team holiday requests with the Accommodation Manager. You will attend the weekly Team Leaders’ meeting where issues affecting the work of the Community as a whole are discussed.
You will ensure that a high level of customer service is provided to all guests, visitors and telephone enquirers and you will be able to respond to questions and enquiries from guests.
You will ideally have a strong background in hospitality and customer service with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be a confident people person with supervisory experience.
This is a “live-in” post, requiring that you join our residential Lee Abbey London Christian community. An allowance, accommodation, meals, utilities (incl broadband & WiFi) provided.
