Lee Abbey London will be having a Mental Health Awareness Week from 6th to 11th May. 16 million people experience a mental health issue each year, with stress playing a key factor in this.

During this busy exams period, Lee Abbey will be hosting a different event each day to raise awareness of the impact of mental health issues, including stress, anxiety and depression. Come along and improve your mental health at this important time.

Sunday 6 May, 5:30pm: Picnic in Holland Park. Meet in Reception with your Grab ‘n’ Go (unless it’s raining).

Monday 7 May, 7:30pm: Activities Night – Dance/Art/Exercise/Meditation.

Tuesday 8 May, 7:30pm: Dr. Fui Mee Quek’s Story. Come and hear about her life in the Café.

Wednesday 9 May, 7:30pm: Snacks & Board Games. Come and join us in the Café.

Thursday 10 May, 7:30pm: Sports & Games Evening. Location to be confirmed.

Friday 11 May, 7:30pm: Comedy Night in the Café with Tom Elliott, comedian and illusionist.
