These prices are for the 2011/12 academic year. Prices are per person per week for residents staying at least one academic term and are based on continuous occupancy for at least one full term. They are inclusive of all utilities and meals (half-board during the week, full-board on weekends).
Application procedure
In order to be considered as a resident at Lee Abbey London, you will need to have filled in an application form in it entirety (including the Shared Room Questionnaire). You will then be sent an email once your application has been received stating the time when offers will start for the term for which you are applying. Rooms normally start to be offered out for the next term from four weeks after the start of term. Please note that as Lee Abbey is an independent residence for international students many factors will be taken into account regarding your acceptance.
Room Deposit
If you are offered a place, a four-week room deposit is required for all bookings. This is held separately from the fees and returned once the account is cleared. A term’s notice is required in order to receive your deposit in full.
Fees
Fees for term are to be paid in advance on or before the start of term. A fine of £50 will be charged for late payment. If you require any special arrangements regarding your payment (such as Loan disbursement, Grants, or Scholarships, please make an appointment or send an email to the Accommodation Office in order to discuss it. Accepted methods of payment include Cash, Visa or Mastercard, Travellers Cheques, or Personal Cheque.
