• Lee Abbey is a specified educational institution under the terms of schedule 1 of the Housing Act 1988 and cannot therefore provide an Assured Tenancy to those who stay at the Club.

• A key deposit will be required on arrival: either £35 (refundable on departure) or your passport. A deposit of £300 is payable for bookings of 5 weeks or more.

• The fees for your entire stay, or for the first week must be paid in advance to confirm your booking.

• The room price includes breakfast and evening meal and also lunch at the weekends. For more information about meals and meal times, click here.

• Please bring your own towels. Your room is cleaned each week.

• Check-in time: 4.00pm - 10.00pm, Check-out time: 10.30am

• All payments must be in pounds sterling, either: Cash, Visa or Mastercard, Travellers Cheques or Personal Cheque to the guarantee card limit.
